14-Day Completion Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At RH Renovations & Design, we’re committed to completing your kitchen or bathroom remodel within 14 calendar days from the agreed start date. If we exceed this timeframe, we’ll pay you $500 as our on-time completion bonus.

To keep this guarantee fair for both parties, the 14-day clock will pause under the following conditions:

1. Weather Delays – Any extreme or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms, freezing temperatures) that prevent work from continuing.

2. Client-Requested Changes – Any design changes, upgrades, or additional work requested by the client after the project has started.

3. Material Delays – Delays in delivery of materials, fixtures, or custom items outside our control, including manufacturer backorders or shipping issues.

4. Unforeseen Site Conditions – Hidden issues discovered during work (e.g., mold, asbestos, structural damage, plumbing or electrical problems) requiring additional repair before continuing.

5. Permit & Inspection Delays – Waiting periods caused by city or county inspections, permitting processes, or scheduling beyond our control.

6. Client Availability – Times when the client is unavailable for scheduled walkthroughs, approvals, or required decisions that delay progress.

7. Acts Beyond Control – Any events classified as “force majeure,” including natural disasters, public utility outages, or other emergencies preventing work.

Note: The guarantee applies only to the original contracted scope of work and start date. Any agreed extensions will reset the 14-day timeframe
